Data bundles not uploading

My son has a pay as u go phone and bought 3gig data yesterday, but instead of the ur data is uploaded it immediately says you have run out of data. This also happened to me who is actually a contract holder. ***??? Then you cannot private message them or email. This is a school child which they phone during class time. Do they cater for aliens or do they actually know whats going on around them??? What a pathetic excuse for customer service for customers who are only available at uncertain times of the day. Get real man. Our next contract would most definitely NOT be with these bunch.
