Data bundles not loaded for two Months

Vodacom has been very poor for the past 2 months coming to current month of October. In August I have to fight them to load my 3GB data bungles. And their representative promised to even give me extra 3GB as part of compensation. That didn't happen. September I didn't see 3GB loaded again when I spoke to then they asked me to request itemised billing I did and up until today nothing. For october all I can see if my 1 GB I bought from my money the 3GB is also not there. I can't express my feeling anymore with Vodacom. With their promises their service has become worst than I knew I can't tell what has happen, what a poor service all around.
