Data Bundle vs Whatsapp Ticket
I need to understand something. Why is it that when I buy a whatsapp ticket vodacom still takes data off from my Data bundles and when I'm out of Data bundles, Vodacom than takes of my airtime.
Can someone please explain to me how does thus whatsapp ticket work. According to my understanding, the whatsapp ticket is for whatsapp only. so whats the point of me buying a whatsapp ticket if you still taking from my data and airtime.
