Data bundle rol***** not happening
I'm confused as to why data still expires after ICASA made some ruling on rol***** data for unused data to the next month.
I bought a 3GB data bundle and on activation it says that it is valid till 2019-04-04 29:59:59.
So the other day I still had about 2GB+ left prior to 04/04 and after that it was gone.
Please clarify

09 Apr 2019, 19:14I did get a reply from your consultant but I'm not satisfied with the reply but based on the article by James de Villiers , Business Insider SA dated Feb 27, 2019, 01:28 PM and here is part of the comments on the article
"In a statement on Wednesday morning, Vodacom said contract customers on data-only packages can already roll over data at no additional charge.
From the beginning of March, remaining data on bundle purchases by all customers will also be rolled over at no additional charge, the operator said"
It never said that you have to buy data prior to expiry in order to rol***** the data else it will expire.
