Data bundle not being loaded
I bought a1G data bundle (30days) this morning for R115. The money was taken out of my balance, but the data bundle was not loaded onto my account. I bought another 1G data bundle for R115 and then the same thing happened again. The automated customer helpline had no options to resolve this issue.... utter useless service. I want my money back!
