Data Bundle False advertising
I purchased a once off 4 GB data bundle for 249 this morning, only to receive an SMS stating I received 2 GB bundle with a free 2 GB night owl data. How can you charge R149 for 2 GB, and then with the R249 option you still only get 2GB with 'free" 2 GB night owl, so in other words the "free" costs R100. This is false advertising and dishonest. I called the call centre and asked that they then just refund my airtime as I have not used the data. Belinda simply stated sorry sir, there is nothing I can do. This is unacceptable. You really expect me to pay R124.5 per Gig, this is ****************!
