Data bundle expiring without notice

<p>i bought 20 gig of data for R 999 for both my husband and I via online FNB banking.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the time of purchase there was no indication as to when the data would expire. This cost us R 2000 as both our data expired in 30days. My husband and I both still had 18 gig available at end May only to loose it all on 1 June.</p> <p> </p> <p>i find this absolutely shocking amd unacceptable and want either to be refunded or data back and not to expire.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am not taking this up with FNB as my relationship is with Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>i hsve 4 accounts with you and would say I am a fairly profitable customer of yours. All 4 contracts expire end November.</p> <p> </p> <p>if this query is not sorted to my satisfsction I will move all 4 accounts to MTN who I see is now main sponsor of Springbok team.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband did phone call centre but in short was told " sorry just the way things are"...... well aint that easy...</p> <p> </p> <p>I will leave further comment and rather await your resolution..</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to a positive resolution.</p>
