Data Bundle Consumption Rules are Unfair

I have a 2GB per month data contract with Vodacom. I often don't use the data and recently started trying to get more use out of it. At the start of March I had 2GB expiring 31st March and 2GB expiring on 30th of April. I have used just over 1GB this month. when I logged on to check the balances, I found that the 1GB has been taken from my 3oth April allocation rather than my 31st of March. A call to the call centre resutled in me being transferred to 3 different agents - who all sounded surprised, said it shouldn't happen like that but could not assist me. Finally, I did a search online and this is Vodacom standard T's and C's. Data bundles are consumed on a LIFO basis (http://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/mobile-broad-band-price-plans-terms-and-conditions?cid=ntrn_0_dsgn_6848). On further research, I found that MTN and Cell C both apply the more logical FIFO basis, first using up carried over data.

Vodacom's terms mean that a lot more carried over data will never be used.... furthermore, it seems that non of the call centre agents know and understand this.
