Data bought through app not appearing on my number even though I've been charged

I am really getting fed up with Vodacom. I bought 250 Mb of data through their app. They debited my account and the order shows in my order history yet no data has been loaded to my number. I called customer service and was told that it was due to technical difficulties and that my query has been escalated. Having been down this road before I know that it takes them a few days to even send you a reference number. When I asked what I'm supposed to do in the mean time since I'm sitting without data the consultant told me that I'll have to wait. Wait! Without data! The data was only for 7 days by the way. It is likely that by the time they figure it out that the data would have expired and I would have essentially lost my money and would have been forced to be without data for days. Unacceptable! As soon as my contract is up I will be walking away from this network.

Data was loaded after the 1 October when I no longer needed it as I received the data as per my contract. The point is that I had to purchase extra data after the data I bought did not get loaded. The fact that it was loaded after the fact is a moot point since I did not need it at that time.
