I have a cell phone contract that has data as part of the plan. The data is sold in k-bytes and on my statement usage is recorded in minutes. It is not possible to see data usage. Contacting the call centre has not resulted in an acceptable explanation, I was basically told it is what it is and there is nothing we can do.
I have contacted Vodacom more than once about this issue and each person I have spoken to say it is the first time they have heard of this.
Am I an idiot to expect to see billing in the same unit of measure that the service is purchased in ? Do Vodacom still have major issues with their data ? Check your statements people.
