Further to the complaint placed the last time with vodacom i have found it futile to even complain further as i am still yet to be contated by them, the only reason i am even wasting my time writing this is to let them know that i want this contract terminated the only person who did try to assist was Kareemah and gave me this reference number s3-8z23c-ci9ev of which someone called who then like everyone else said the softlock was not off which means i might be crazy and up until now it is i went 2 weeks without a phone cause i migrated to something else due to vodacom not being transparent enough to tell their customers whats what and chasing sales. All i been doing for the past 6 days since migrating is phoning vodacom to ask them to unlock my phoned which is ridiculous.
