Data bill : getting rich from one client

I bought several data-bundles - I know it is the cheaper option.<br> <br> Bought another bundle which did not register on my phone - Vodacom did not charge for it. I was under the impression that I have a data bundle - 2Gig for R249.<br> <br> Now I use 1,8Gig under normal tariffs - now Vodacom see a chance to make profit for their bonuses - charging me R3594 for this - an increase of 1500%!!!<br> <br> Rediculous how they milk the golden ***!!!!!! Being a client with Vodacom for 18 years. Apparently they do not value long-term clients. Service extremely deteriorated after Allan Knot-Craig left!!!!!!<br> <br> Submitted a query to them - more than a month ago. After several reminders, I still have not received any feedback from them!!!!!<br> <br>
