Data bill dispute

I disputed my vodacom data bill have requested a call back twice now but still no one from vodacom had contacted me on the requested number. I have to pay my account but can't as my bill has my been sorted out yet and a simple \we used the data"to my fianc? is not a Answer. I've requested a data log for the data I've been billed but also no feedback yet. This is utterly pathetic from vodacom """
