Data being taken by Vodacom services without notification
Registered a call and was promised follow-up. Nothing happened.
I want a full non technical explanation to why my ~70% of my mobile data is being consumed by Tumblr that is not loaded on my phone and Secure encrypted... which I do not know what it is or how to disable it.

She could not explain to me which services to block from using mobile data to avoid this supposed Tumblr and secure encrypted data usage (usage 4.7mb)
She could also not identify the unknown data element that has no description but uses data of .8mb. This totals 8mb of the 7 day usage of 10.1mb
Vodacom must allow users to control all mobile data usage and no undefined services should use data. This issue has not been addressed at all.
