Data Balance Notification
My data balance notification keeps on getting sms'd to another cellphone number and not to mine. I never know when my balance reach zero and another person is getting bombarded with all the sms' concerning my balances. I have called vodacom customer service 3 times to try and resolve this issue but nothing has been done about it. It normally takes forever for somebody to understand my issue and then nothing gets done about it.
