Data automatic duplications.
When one emails customer services they always answer with give your particulars. That all good but the return email them freaks you out with a red warning about ****s. They then proceed to phone you which is also all good but you emailed for a reason.. being you not good at calls. 1 problem..... needed extra data for one month during a long journey & massive load shedding. All I want is to have this one request to stop repeating itself on my account every month. Hoping for a miracle. Sassa pensioner.
