Data and router package that hardly ever works

I got a vodacom contract deal online of 600 gigs of data at a speed of 30 mb per second. I have had this router for about a a week now and I must say the service is pathetic

Since I have gotten this router I get no more than 1.mb per second speed with the router that they provided I even tried a different router and it's the same

This was supposed to be a 36 month contract I cannot do this because I can hardly even use this thing most of the time it says no internet when connected because it is slow

Vodacom claims to be the best network in South Africa but it is absolutely false

I got this router so I can work from home on the days that I am at home but this is useless I cannot use it anywhere

kindly assist with my 14-day return and cancellation of this product and the contract I will go back to my initial service provider telkom and and request a reactivation of the data SIM card that I have with them

My honest opinion is that I will never recommend using vodacom data packages
