Data and airtime missing again

Late April, I went to bed with a balance of R39 airtime and 860MB data. When I woke up in the morning, my balance was R0 airtime and 0MB data. I did not understand this since I had just updated my phone a day before via my home Wi-Fi. I called customer care and they told me they can't see anything on their stupid system and referred me to their data specialist in one of their store (The fact that Vodacom has a data specialist in all their stores means they have a lot of complaints about this problem)

The data specialist checked my phone and did not see what could have used up all my data and airtime so he told me to call customer care of which I didn't because I was tired of being sent back and forth.

On the 18/05 same thing happened, I called customer care again [service request number: A7-TUAN-YGSB] and the supervisor on shift acknowledged the problem and refunded me about R80 airtime of which is not close to what Vodacom have ripped me off

On the 26/05 same thing happened and I called customer care again [service request number: A2-6AJC-RR310V] and the stupid technician sends me an sms saying my account was billed correctly. This is nonsense. This is day light *******

My sister is complaining about the same thing. I read two of many posts here talking about the same thing: ( https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/the-case-of-missing-data-without-explanation- ********** https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/data-*******-11- ********** ). I really hope one day Vodacom pays for all this data your *****ing from your customers

I think this is a planned scheme by Vodacom, I normally get "your data is depleted" sms before I get "you have less than" sms. Other service providers stop data connectivity if data is finished but Vodacom don't know how to do that but instead charge us R2/MB on our airtime

This thing happens over night when I’m sleeping which is the part I don’t understand and on the 26/05 my phone was even off

I've just lost over R40 airtime because I never recieved low data notification sms (All I get is stupid promotional sms's). I called customer care and I was told it is my responsibility to check my ballance every minute (I do not have time for that). I don't want to use my airtime for data activities which is why I buy data bundles. I want my airtime back
