Data always missing

Missing data every month. Literally every single month for as long as I can remember I have apparently been using 20 gigs of data within 20 days. Imagine my surprise when I ask for itemized billing (paid service) the data saving was quite a bit better. Then I decided to do one better. Let me get a new wifi ****le. Wow and imagine my surprise especially this month when by the 29th of the month I still have 3 gigs of data, it is rediculous that I needed to fight with your company every single month for data I sure as hell know I didn't use. I have made a point of using my wifi as much as possible this month to prove a point.

Now for nearly a year of you guys telling me the data is definitely being used and me having to fork out money to keep me connected.

I would like totake this time to request refunds on all purchases for the past year of excessive data not needed as well as the remaining 10 gigs every single month for the past year that has supposedly been used which never was.

Can almost guarantee that everything I have asked will not happen even though this is your companies problem.

Let's see if I actually get some sort of service out of you.
