Data account of a phone I don't use
To who it may concern,
I received an account of R2000 on my vodacom number that I have not been active on. The contract also expired early in the year.
I phoned more than 5 times for a total of 1 and a half hours today to query about this, all they could tell me was to put in a data query.
This is unacceptable as I do not understand how my data was used if the phone is off.
