<p>I am so over Vodacom *****ing my Data and now its my airtime. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your customer service agents are appauling and disgusting. A couple of weeks ago I bought 30mb of data and it only lasted for 7 mins. I called the call centre and was told my data was used on updated. Really??? Updates! Every Tom **** and Harry know that a smart phone needs WIFI to do updates also, your phone will prompt you when an update is about to happen, I still did not get an explanation and I was without data. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday, I had about 20mb of data went on "free facebook" and bam! My data is gone, how??? Isnt facebook suppose to be free??? I didnt even bother calling customer service because I would get a lame excuse and not my data. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I bought R11 airtime, tried to buy data and your system would not allow me, so I decide to wait a while. While waiting I recieved a couple of messages on whatsapp, and BAM R11 airtime gone? How??? </p> <p> </p> <p>You guys are reaping me off so much its upseting. Hence I have decide to switch network because you guys are pathetic. *****ing from the poor. nx!!!</p>

06 Apr 2017, 15:32I bought 20mb of data, sent 2 messages with it on whatsapp and within an hour it was gone. I did not even touch my phone. I loaded the data at 12:36, at 13:00 I had 9mb of data. How??? between 13:00 and 13:50 I did not touch my phone but at 13:50 I got a message that my data had been depleted. How??? See how you guys are reaping peopel off.
