Called your call center after you took my Airtime while I have WhatsApp Data. And I was told I will be refunded the Airtime till now there’s no refund and I did not opt in to out of data bundle.

Why is your 1gig Data at time last the whole day even when you’ve hotspots 3 phones and updated all the app in the phones and still last doesn’t get depleted then at time it only last for less than an hour and gets depleted even though you never hotspot,never downloaded anything and never updated any apps. Why is it like that????
