Data ****!!!
I bought a new phone on the 9th of May and was instructed to buy a R29 Vodacom airtime voucher in order to receive 10gig daytime data and 10gig nighttime data. However I never received it. I made numerous calls and everytime I get told the matter will be escalated and I should wait 24hours for my data it has now been 9days and STILL NOTHING!!! This is pathetic from a "world-class" supplier I am not happy as I am not getting what I was promised. I want what I was promised as I now already used even more airtime just to see if it might work but still nothing!

Another 24hours???
That is why I wrote this review as Vodacom is pathetic in customer service all they say is we will escalate the matter and get back to you within 24hours but never do.
