Yesterday I visited the Vodacom 4U shop in Vangate Mall. As soon as I arrived I was pleasantly welcomed by a young lady who even explained to me what to expect next as there already customers being served. Had to wait for my turn and when my turn arrived I was then helped by another pleasant lady. During our interaction there moments of potential conflict but she handled them with grace. All in all it felt like all staff members had just come out of a meditation or yoga session. They were just very nice.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the courteous service.
