dangerous noise

<br> dangerous noiseplease note generators at the tower are causing a health risk to my old grandma and myself. starting monday i was awoken at 1am by the constand droning hum emanating from this area 50m away, i recorded the times which are mostly around these times, i have been booked of at worked due to a dangerous level of sleep deprivation, today, friday, humming started at 1am and stopped at 4am, 11am to 3 pm and now it has been on since after 5pm, my grandmas health, ive noticed has degraded somewhat till now and is in bed the whole day, she only falls asleep when the generators are off which she does not know, she is morbid, aggressive and irritable, the same ive had this week due to little sleep... why these times? and why not properly isolated to prevent disturbances? i had complained in may this year which saw a change only after a week of torture, kindly amend this distructive intrution<br> <br>
