Dangerous cell tower

Vodacom have built a tower in Boshoff street, La Hoff, Klerksdorp quite a time ago. They started laying on a cable to the tower about four months ago. Now there is just a meter deep hole right next to the road with a strand of warning plastic on one side. Someone is going to ride into that hole and get ****ed. It looks shocking with the ground and rocks spread around. NOWHERE on their site is there an option to report this. The contact number on the tower directs you to a landline where you have to get permission to phone the customer line? Like an iron wall between customers and them. There may even be live wires in the cable? But in any case it requires urgent attention.
