Damn useless turnaround time!
I came to do a simple collection of my cellphone.<br> I waited on error and hour to be helped after complaining twice to the front desk. Apparently their turnaround time is 20 minutes.. What a load of absolute hogwash!!!!<br> The lady before me waited an hour and 30 minutes.<br> Absolutely ridiculous poor service!!!<br> Why is there not a designated collection counter!!
