damn useless

Upgraded wit vodacom cos they were the only ones who could give me the phone I wanted. New phone works wit micro sim so I had to pay for new simcard but I cannot use it yet cos vodacom has a backlog with simswaps! Nobody can say when the matter wil be resolved! But they wil take out the money at d end of the month! So I've upgraded but I've got to use my old phone which is very troublesome! Tell me when this wil be sorted out? If they process the simswap now my old sim won't work! Then I'd be furious! So I am waiting indefinitely until vodacom gets its backlog in order! While my brand new phone gets old in the box ! Fed up with vodacom! Please don't send me your usual ******** message on hello peter that someone wil be in contact cos nobody at vodacom gives a damn! And nobody wil call! Resolve the issue fast ! Or don't charge subscription until u get this **** sorted out! Really regret upgrading with vodacom! Cheers to another 2 years of ****ty service!
