****** DAMN POOR
Dear Vodacom, you guys are super unprofessional. Had an account with you guys and you guys never kept your side of the contact and cancelled my contract, only for you to take me to your lawyers for R300 which i paid immediately when it got requested and just last month I got an sms from another law firm to say that I owe you guys R800. WHAT IS GOING ON? I sent the R300 POP to your legal email and yal chose to keep quiet and now I can't get my settlement letter, Instead i am being sent from pillar to post. You really know how to inconvenience people, FYI i am still waiting for your so called supervisor to call me. Don't let me name drop
