DAMN 7 DAYS RULE!!!

I bought a Huawei p10 Plus on the 10/11/2017 which i observed as advised for 7 days to identify any issues with it. Indeed by the 6th day i was sure the phone has a battery issue because it just died too quickly for a so called new phone. On the 17/11/2017 the phone was returned to Vodacom (Mall Of The South,Joburg). As expected it was approved as OBF(Out of the Box Failure).

On the 25/11/2017 I went to fetch my new phone which is supposed to be "FAULT FREE" right??...well wrong, because a week later on the 02/12/2017 the phone's keyboard started acting up( typing itself; drawing its own words on the keyboard); swiping the screen up is now a mission because you push the screen to go down it goes straight down again browsing through the web is a complete nightmare...typing a simple message smoothly is a flippen luxury on this damn thing prided to this which by the way I AM PAYING FOR!!

since the problem started at night on the 2nd (while i was preparing for my return from vacation) which meant i had no way of running around finding the nearest Vodacom to report a fault on the damn thing, right??? . Well guess what Vodacom does not give a S#*T!!!. I land on Sunday the 3rd very late yet again; back to work from the 4th-9th of December 2017.. I am finally able to take this thing in on the 10/12/2017. I am simply told "There's nothing we can do about it because it's now over 7 days" ..TF does that mean??? now i am stuck with a phone that doesn't work and they refused to give me a temporary phone while they take this one in for "possibly 2 weeks at Huawei in Randburg" they said.. The BS that is the 7 day rule at Vodacom.

They are however more than happy to be taking my money though nonetheless because what is it to them anyway, right ?? !!! Total Bull dung if you ask me. At this rate i am so over them or their damn Huawei
