Damian at Vodacom Hout Bay is an example of excellent customer service

<p>Suddenly my phone was not working: there was no reception whatsoever. I went to the Vodacom shop in Hout Bay and was helped by Damian, backed by manager Jonathan. Turned out there had been a ********** sim swap, so lots of hassles and intricacies... I had to go back to the store a few times before everything was sorted and every time Damian helped me so well, and in such a nice and friendly way. He followed up on things also when I was not in the store and informed me by calling me. Many thanks Damian!! What an example of excellent customer service! </p>
