DAMAGES MOUNTING DUE TO BLACKLISTING WITHOUT CAUSE

This is a letter sent to the CEO escalation team. They too do not respond to emails anymore and in fact I do not even receive a generic email to say that the office has received my emails. It appears that I have been migrated to a different plan Smart L and some other thing I have never heard of Bonus hour or something. I am unable to monitor my data because as I have said in my previous email, the app no longer gives me any information.

I am furious that the two emails I sent to you yesterday, Rani, were ignored.

I demand some information. I also demand a letter of apology that explains to my creditors that Vodacom blacklisted me without cause. You people have cost me hugely.

I can no longer wait. This has now been going on for nearly 3 months!

You have told me that you are crediting my account. When will I get the money in the bank?

You have told me that you have given me airtime as a goodwill gesture. Where can I manage that if I do not have access to my app?

Sincerely,

Carmen Anderson

This may be so, but I have urgent matters that require an immediate response and I have had none. My emails to the "relevant department" are ignored.
