damaged vodacom fibre pole

A few weeks I reported a vodacom fibre pole that is my yard, that was damaged by inclement weather. I have been calling vodacom to come and fix the pole with no assitance. I have been referred to useless people and the useless app that fails to understand the request. Subsequently, I logged a call on on the customer care and to date have had no response
