Damaged Tempered glass screen protector

There was a fault with my ear speaker on my Sony Xperia M4. I gave it in at Vodacom Baywest Mall on the 25th of November 2015. Upon picking it up after being repaired on the 11th of December 2015, I noticed that my tempered glass screen protector was missing. Upon querying this the manager notified me that the screen broke while being transported to Johannesburg for repairs. She asked me to give her time to query this with Vodacom customer care. After a week I went back. She gave me an email stating that I was suppose to remove the screen protector as it is an accessory. As far as I now, that once the screen protector is stuck on the phone you cannot remove it without damaging it. I feel strongly that Vodacom is responsible for the screen protector's damage and should be replaced by them. If it was not for the screen protector the phone's screen would have been cracked and Vodacom would any way had to fix the screen. <br>
