DAMAGED SIM
I bought a sim card last year November as I needed to sim swap for a phone I had lost. My Sim was swapped and ever since then it has not worked. This morning I went to a Vodacom shop to have it checked and I was told that the sim card was not working although the sim swap had been done, my question is, why is it now my problem? and why is it now my duty money to buy another sim card when it was damaged from the pack????
