DAMAGED SELFIE STICK

on the 8Th of December i bought a selfie stick from vodacom cresta mall . This was a gift for a colleague for our Christmas party.I did not open the package as it was a gift. <br> <br> <br> when my colleague opened the selfie stick it had a fault in the charger compartment which is a factory fault. i took it back to vodacom where one of their managers accused me of tempering with the selfie stick and imp**** that it was my fault and should go fix it with vodacom repairs.<br> At vodacom repairs they adviced it was a factory fault and that it should be returned as it was still under garantee.<br> i then returned to vodacom where this ricardo was no longer there so we had to call him over the phone he said the supplier would not take the product back .(HE DID NOT EVEN CALL THE SUPPLIER WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS THERE )<br> <br> So now we are stuck with damaged goods that were suppose to be under warranty. I'm really not pleased with the way this was handled as this ricardo did not even try to assist us , he just accused us as the customer. he claimed he called the supplier but when my husband was there he had only looked at the stick and made the assumption that we had damaged it ourselves.<br>
