Damaged Samsung Note 5

I bought a faulty Note 5 on a Red Advantage contract. Has my account for 20 years. It had very very poor signal strengh. I ordered a Vodafone 3G Booster which took very long to get. I sent in my phone to Vodacom within 10 days for a swop out. They said they had to get a new main board screen and another 4 parts. The spares are overseas and that I have to wait till January. Why must I wait for a repaired phone if mine was brand new. Nobody seems able to help me to get a new phone. the only thing they all have to say is that they dont have the authorisation. Its the 14-12-15 already and I'm going on Holiday before Xmas and need my phone to get all my emails and to pay my workers during that time. My phone is now in Durbanville for a week already. Can somebody please sort me out that has the authorisation to swop my phone. I dont want a fixed phone because mine was brand new. I'm very very dissapointed in the service that I got, it is pathetic. How can you pay for a new phone and now I must wait for a month to get a secondhand one back and its my bussiness phone. PATHETIC !!!
