I purchased a temporary glass screen and cover for my phone during feb. shortly after a small bubble appeared. as I'm from Durban I had to wait to get to Ladysmith in order for them to repair. I took the phone in for repair. the lady who \repaired\" it worsened the problem and the screen is now totally bubbled. when asking her to fix it she said she can't. I complained wherefore she said I had to produce the slip. I offered show my bankstatement indicating the transaction which was declined. *** doing have to spend R1000 on petrol to get the slip and return it for a mere R100. absolute horror "
