Damaged phoned after I paid for repairs

I send my phone for repairs only to replace the speaker, the speaker was not working properly the phone was in good condition, they send the estimate thru and I accepted the quote the phoned was repaired in house and after a week a had my phone back, when we got the phone back the night we inserted the sim and the sim reader could not read the sim, we send the phone back to them and they send it of to higher repairs after two weeks we got the phone back no communication from vodacom only to say the phone is ready for collection, we collect the phone today the 29-03-2016 and they have issued stated the phone is beyond economical to repair now they tel me it's is my problem after I paid for it to fix and now I have a broken phone I contacted the branch manager and he refuses to contact me back after I have left three message for him to call me and the agent that assisted has no name badge refused to give his name and he was very rude I have contacted their complaints department and yet their is no response from them. I believe that Vodacom headoffice needs to deal with this my pensioner dad is sitting with out a phone please vodacom we need to sortcthis out.
