Damaged phone during transport, non received goods

i took my S3 to vodacom ermelo as my screen was dark and asked for it to be sent for repairs. i could still use the phone but found it hard to see what was on the screen. It was sent to nelspruit for repairs and i received an sms to state it needed a screen replacement. i queried this as i didn't believe this to be true. I contacted nelspruit and they said my screen was cracked. i said its wasn't and they sent me a pic of a crack on screen. this wasn't the state i sent my phone. i didn't accept quote and the phone was sent back. on retrieving the phone it the had two cracks. i have also done an upgrade and am still waiting for my solar power pack from the same vodaom shop. I have tried multiple times to contact vodacom and they always put me on hold and the call gets cut off. I am very unsatisfied with the quality service. apparently when i phone my S3 is still sitting at Vodacom ermelo and hasn't been collected, very strange as the phone is with me... I need someone to stand up and help this issue to be resolved. I have requested the documentation of the condition of the phone when i took it in. till this day the documents have mysteriously gone missing??????
