Damaged phone after repairs

I upgraded my handet to an iphone6 in Nov 2014.
On 26th Jan 2015 I handed the phone into the Century City Vodacom store for repairs, as the torch function of was not working.
I received all smes that the phone had been handed in and 2 days later another sms that the phone had been sent to JHB to the advanced repair centre.
10 days later I received a phone call from a very rude and abrupt vodacom employee to tell me that the phones warranty had been removed due to physical damages (the phone was apparently bent) and that there was a replacement cost of R4800 for the unit !

I was outraged !
How could they just take my warranty away and what physical damages ?
I went back and checked my device evaluation form that was signed by myself and the vodacom consultant, which showed that there was no such damage.
I was then sent a photo of the phone, which is clearly bent !!
Since then, it has been a back and forth game between the escalations department, the repair centre and the Vodacom Century City Store.
Between the 3 of them, no one is willing to accept responsibility
