Damaged phone

I sent my phone in for repair at Vodashop Meyersdal. The phone was sent to Cresta repair center who in turn sent it to the advanced repair center.Today my wife went to collect the phone and received the job card with it.First the job states non-warranty even though the phone clearly still is within the warranty period.Purchase date on the job cards states 22/12/2014.According to the shop they dont check if it is warranty or not.The job card from the Cresta shop states device burnt which they say I somehow caused. This for a phone that went in for a screen that went blank and would occassionally work but would freeze.A new LCD and digitzer costs about R2500, how is that uneconomical to repair on a phone that retails for around R10 000.The phone chasis is now also bent which it was not before.None of the job cards mention the chasis being bent because it was not when it went in, they do list the scratches though. Thanks Vodacom for causing more damage and also to your service provider Alisom Communications Repairs since I'm not sure which of you did.Why was the phone sent to Alisom in the first place instead of the Sony Mobile repair center.
