Damaged Phone

I got an Phone6 on the day it came out. The photo quality wasn't great, I returned to Meyersdal Branch were I got it, they said that is the quality of the iPhone6. Then my friends got iPhone6's and I noticed the quality on there phones are much better. I booked my phone in on 12/05/15 at Alberton. <br> I had to follow up with them on 22/5/15, they told me the lens and front screen was cracked and gave me a quote. I gave that phone in in perfect condition. They said I signed a form that it was cracked but if the lens was cracked I would not be able to take photos and it was only the quality that was bad, the camera was fine. I also had on a Glass Screen protector so how can the screen be cracked? I said I wanted it back as it was unacceptable! I had to phone again today to ask if they have received it back and they did, no one contacted me to give me the first quote or to say it's back. I will not pay for a phone which I received with bad photo quality! If anything is scratch on that phone when I collect it today I will not except it back! The job card is not even singed...not by me or anyone at Vodacome Alberton.
