Damaged Huawei ZTE Blade L 2
We bought a Huawei ZTE Blade L 2 in December 2014 at Edgars The Glen Mall. The sales person told us that the phones has 2 years warranty. In February 2015 the phone fell and the screen cracked whilst experiencing load shedding, we then decided to take it to a Vodacom shop in Jabulani Mall with proof of purchase as it was the closest to us to see if then can repair the phone, we were told that the phone can not be fixed as the phone does not have parts it is as good as buying a new phone.

My question is why sell a phone that can not be fixed,2 why give a warranty knowing that the phone has no parts.

Such a big brand with no parts this is unacceptable.
