Damaged goods and bad attitude

You have history of my complaint dated 14 April.<br> All was eventually sorted.<br> Received two x solar powered battery back up chargers as per contracts.<br> These did not function since we took delivery - you can charge them off mains, but they do NOT charge off solar as they are supposed to do.<br> Have been back to the store concerned - the manager was not helpful, told me that a gift does not carry a guarantee. I disagree.<br> He also said that he will investigate and revert - last week Monday 25 May<br> Still waiting.<br> <br> The service from this store is not anything near what one would expect from Vodacom
