Damaged battery or charge on cell phone agter vodacom visit
My mother went to vodacom mall at reds to assist with downloading photos on her phone. The person rubeed her phone over a device to speed up the process. When she got home her phone’s battery didn’t charge past 50%. When she returned to complain about this the person said management instructed them to make more money for vodacom. This is a retired person’s phone that is now broken
