Damage to property

During early Feb a Vodacom contractor started excavations on my property for the installation of fibre optics. The work started without any prior notification to me. I brought the matter to the attention of the contractor who assured me that the work would be completed within three weeks. I was also told that restoration would be performed after their work was completed and that the damaged property \would be restored to at least its original state if not better". This did not transpire and a deluge of mails and meetings resulted in further undertakings to rectify the damage. This did not transpire and further correspondence including threats of legal action"
