Damage of good. Vodacom repairs Pretoria

In the beginning of January 2020 I handed in my Hauwei tablet for a software update. I only received it back at the beginning of Feb. Upon received my tablet screen eas broken on two corners and the whole screen was cracked. It was send back again. Trecieved it back with out being fixed. They can't take responsebilety. Now my question who is going to take the responsebilety. This tablet was brand new. Chatz at Mayville where it was given in has Wright clearly on the repair slip "good condition" as thy had the similar problems before. Must I go and open a case at the Police for damages. Try numerous times to call with no luck no one is answering the phone.
