damage cellphone

<p>Good day on the 5th of may my husband took out a contract from vodacom at the Mayville mall. He took it out for the phone due to his maintenance work. The cellphone is a cat S30. That was a saterday. The lady took the phone out of the box put it back and gave us a seald simcard. When we arrived at home my husband put the card in the phone. The card fall right threw in the phone and you couldnt take it out. He look on his Ipad and saw that the cellphone should have a card holder and this phone didnt have. He took the phone back sunday morning. The phone was send back and it came back about six time with different stories. Now they want my husband to paid for the phone they said he took out the card holder and trew it away. Mayville Vodacom gave us bad service and doesnt want to help if you talk to the owner he is talking and ignore you. it is going for two months and the phone is still not back to vodacom. can you please help with this matter. my husband did a simswop so that he can use the card.
