Daily harassment
So my contract is coming to an end and if I wanted to I could upgrade, but I don't want to. Vodacom thinks it's ok to harass me with daily text messages about upgrading. I phoned them and was told that nothing could be done about that. Then I tried their online chat, and someone named Wayne told me he could stop the messages but it might take 24hrs. It's 2 days later and I'm still getting the messages! In which world is it ok to be harassed like this? What about my right to privacy? I have the right not to upgrade.
